If you can hold a thought, just a simple thought, for 17 seconds, without contradicting it, another thought like it same shape, same size, same vibration, same tone, by law of attraction another thought like it will come to it. And at precisely the 17 second point, these two thoughts will join one another, they coalesce and when they do that there is an energy that is expended, it is like a combustion point. And when these two thoughts join and combust, you can feel a measure of enthusiasm or interest bubbling within you. And in that moment of 17 seconds, these two thoughts that were same become one bigger,more evolved, faster vibrating thought.
Now, if you can stay focused on this subject that you have chosen for another 17 seconds, at the moment that you cross the 34 second mark that is just two times 17 this now more evolved thought will attract unto it and - in other words, the thoughts attract each other. Your thought draws another and the other thought draws it, thoughts that are same in nature come together. And at the 34 second mark these two more evolved thoughts do the same thing, they coalesce and there is another combustion point. At that point, these two thoughts become one, higher and faster in vibration.
If you can maintain you attention to that now more evolved thought, at the 51 second mark which is just 3 times 17 there is another coalescing, another joining of thought and another combustion point. If you can hold that more evolved thought for another 17 seconds, the same thing happens and when you cross the 68 second mark, you have a combustion big enough to affect physical manifestation.

Will I Win the Lottery?
Visiting a clairvoyant or tarot reader to search your future is something that entreaties to many people. Unfortunately, like in any country of life, there are charlatans and fraudsters. There are also genuine, caring excellent practicians who can render you with penetration into your future way of life. Think about your reasons for using a psychic. Different issues require different types of psychics.
Here are some definitions of techiniques used:
* A medium is someone how can connect with people who have passed over.
* A tarot reader is someone who has learned and studies the cards that you will be asked to choose yourself.
* A clairvoyant has intuitive knowledge (seeing). A clairaudio (hearing). A clairsentient, sometimes called "empathic",(feeling). Clairessence (smell).
* Channelers allow others to speak through them.
* Psychics can be one or several or all of the above.

• Tell you they can change your future - for extra money. This is a scam. These fraudsters give you a reading full of doom and gloom then offer to cast a spell to change it. Don’t fall for it.
• Tell you to return to them often.Unless you change something, or want to ask a question, you only need a reading once every six months or so. More regularly is a waste of your money.
• Offer to cast a spell to bring you the lover you want. Even if this was to work a lover brought to you through magic is likely to be tainted. They have not chosen you through their own free will. This is a recipe for disaster!
• Read from a script. If they start talking about tall, dark handsome strangers run away! Some telephone tarot line operators have a script they read from. This is not the personal service you deserve.
A Good Reader will:
• Help you to explore your options. You can always change your path, like changing lanes on a motorway. A good reading will help you decide what you can change, if you choose.
• Remind you that you are in control of your own life. They will never tell you what to do.
• Bring hope. Often people consult psychics because they want hope for the future. A good psychic illuminates the choices we all have, bringing hope.
A good reading should be fun, enlightening, amazing and enjoyable. Don’t settle for anything less!

It is a brand new 90 minute talk show that will begin airing LIVE on Sunday Sept. 30th at 6 PM EST. Kris became interested in the paranormal at a young age when unexplainable occurrences happened in the house that her mother rented. Her interest has now become somewhat of an obsession as she is constantly researching and learning about the paranormal. Since the paranormal is not an exact science there are several opinions and points of view to consider, so you are never "done" learning.

Most people know me online as Dazdnconfzd, Dazd, Disturbed, etc...just don't call me late for dinner. My real name is Steve and I'm excited to be apart of Far Beyond Ordinary radio show. I have been interested in the paranormal most of my life. September 2006 changed my life forever and has afforded me the opportunity to explore other worldly phenomenon. I am a skeptic believer and I plan to share my personal experiences. And through this remuneration, I plan to validate my beliefs. I won't ask anyone to embrace my beliefs. One man's belief is another man's follies.
I belong to a wonderful paranormal group called Crossroads Paranormal based in Lafayette, Indiana. I've been participating in meetings since April of 2007 and became a member in July of 2007. I am the Regional Manager for Central Indiana and help co-ordinate investigations and meeting with prospective members. My knowledge knows no boundaries except I'm not smart enough to remember it all.

Your EMF and the Paranormal
Electric fields are created by differences in voltage: the higher the voltage, the stronger will be the resultant field. Magnetic fields are created when electric current flows: the greater the current, the stronger the magnetic field. An electric field will exist even when there is no current flowing. If current does flow, the strength of the magnetic field will vary with power consumption but the electric field strength will be constant. Electromagnetic fields (EMF) are present everywhere in our environment but are invisible to the human eye. Electric fields are produced by the local build-up of electric charges in the atmosphere associated with thunderstorms. The earth's magnetic field causes a compass needle to orient in a North-South direction and is used by birds and fish for navigation.
Everyone is surrounded by an electromagnetic field, and this field is called an aura. Every person emits electromagnetic energy. A person's thoughts are also electromagnetic energy. The human body especially the brain, is actually a very powerful transmitter and receiver of electromagnetic energy. This is why you feel good around some people and bad around others. Have you ever noticed that when certain people walk into a room, you can "sense" their presence? Positive and negative effects of Electromagnetic energy. Elvis Presley was over-flowing with so much positive electromagnetic energy most people couldn't help but adore the man. His "Karma" was filled with so much positive energy.
In 1992, Bruce Taino of Taino Technology, an independent division of Eastern State University in Cheny, Washington, built the first frequency monitor in the world. Taino has determined that the average frequency of a healthy human body during the daytime is 62 to 68 Hz.
So after reading the above paragraphs, one would have to ask the logical question: Does a persons aura/emf levels directly correlate with witnessing paranormal activity?

Transmundane Thursday
I was planning on posting about my trip to Mansfield Ohio last weekend but when one is sick, it's tough to spawn an intelligent story. Hopefully next week I'll write about my adventures. Until then, I've decided to post something that I've been working on that's not quite finished. So bear with me as this does have unfinished thoughts and jumps around continuously. I've edited enough that it "should" make sense and either leaving you wanting more or deciding I'm off my rocker. So here we go!!!
Traditional apparitions are ghosts that interact with human beings. This can be for good or for bad. These ghosts are believed to hide objects, frighten people, throw objects or plea for help. These ghosts are also said to be present because of unfinished work. This can be due to their death in untoward circumstances, and they generally seek human help to resolve the issue and progress into a different realm. These spirits are said to be “intelligent” yet haunting, as they appear to be aware of the people around them and their surroundings. Often what we deem as a "demonic" experience is actually a spirit doing things only to get your attention.
Crisis apparitions are ghosts who appear to inform someone about danger. They are solid or transparent by nature. Anniversary ghosts appear on the anniversary of their death caused by some tragic event. These ghosts are commonly found in haunted houses or castles, and often relate to legends of tragedies from centuries past.
Messenger ghosts, like banshees, appear to family members to herald the death of another family member. Poltergeists are noisy spirits who produce sounds like "psychic explosions" from a teenage boy or girl.
Ghosts are believed to be the apparitions of dead people. A ghost is the spirit of a human who survives on the earth after death. Every culture in the world has folklore about ghosts. These disturbed souls are unaware of being dead and remain attached to familiar places and repeat the same acts as alive.
Ghosts are commonly depicted in a human size and shape, but there have been theories that have announced their appearance in silvery, shadowy or fog-like forms. Ghosts don’t have any physical body like humans, but only possess a subtle astral body. Ghosts make their presence felt by moving objects, throwing vivid lights etc., which have no practical explanation. People who believe in ghosts explain their existence by stating that they are souls who could not find rest after death or souls who have an unfinished business on the earth.
Classification of Ghosts
1. Past: revenants, deathbed and near-death, haunters
2. Present: crisis apparitions, living ghosts, autophany and bi-location
3. Future: still not clearly defined and remains a myth
4. Out of Time: aerial battles and other events, archetypal ghosts
Characteristics of Ghosts

4. May change its appearance during the sighting
5. May appear by forming from a luminous or misty shape

10. May respond to the percipient or act as though s/he isn't there
11. May depart naturally, or vanish abruptly, or simply fade away

The Medicine Wheel is representative of Native American Indian Spirituality. The Medicine Wheel symbolizes the individual journey we each must take to find our own path. Within the Medicine Wheel are The Four Cardinal Directions and the Four Sacred Colors. The Circle represents the Circle of Life and the Center of the Circle, the Eternal Fire. The Eagle, flying toward the East, is a symbol of strength, endurance and vision. East signifies the renewal of life.
This information gives a nice parallel to astrology. As in astrology, we should also give particular attention to our rising sign and moon sign as well as our sun sign.

Transmundane Thursday
A professor at the University of Kentucky was giving a lecture on the
super-natural. To get a feel for his audience, he asks:
"How many people here believe in ghosts?" About 90 students raise their
hands. "Well, that's a good start. Out of those of you who believe in
ghosts, do any of you think you have seen a ghost?"
About 40 students raise their hands. "That's really good. I'm really glad you take this seriously. Has anyone here ever talked to a ghost?"
About 15 students raise their hand. "Has anyone here ever touched a ghost?"
Three students raise their hands. "That's fantastic. Now let me ask you one question further... Have any of you ever made love to a ghost?"
Way in the back, Bubba raises his hand.
The professor takes off his glasses, and says, "Son, of all the years I've
been giving this lecture, no one has ever claimed to have made love to a
ghost. You've got to come up here and tell us about your experience."
The big redneck student replied with a nod and a grin, and began to make
his way up to the podium. When he reached the front of the room, the
professor asks, "So, Bubba, tell us what it's like to have sex with a ghost?"
Bubba replied, "Shiiiit! From way back thar I thought you said........."Goats"

Yesterday I posted a hypothesis I ran across that is really intriguing: The hypothesis holds that we are nonphysical entities who are able to exist in the physical aspect of reality because of our physical body, but that when our physical body dies, we as Self, change our point of view to nonphysical reality. In effect, we exist before and after our current lifetime. Dawn followed with her own comment on this hypothesis: "We are spiritual beings having a human experience." (Wayne Dyer)
Whether you believe in the paranormal, the Almighty or intelligent life among us you cannot honestly state that there has never been anything you couldn't explain with scientific logic or logical reasoning. I'll predict that during our lifetime we have a 1% chance of actually seeing concrete proof of beings or paranormal existence. That's not to say it doesn't exist now, it only means we do not have the means necessary to prove it.
I'm not even sure why I'm driven to investigate the paranormal. Yes I've always been intrigued by the paranormal but never to the extent of actually going out looking for it. Oh I have read sites for the last year or so regarding paranormal stories...but that was easy, it wasn't me doing the actual investigation. I think I've told of my own experiences, well a couple of them anyways. I believe one statement given to me by a grandparent stands out clearly, "Embrace it and don't be scared of it." What she meant by that I have no idea. But I can honestly say that she obviosuly had some sort of recognition of the paranormal. Unfortunately, she died before we ever discussed that comment.
Will I ever post proof of my investigations? Probably not...because one mans beliefs is another mans follies. Have I got something already? Yes. Concrete? No. But I have it and I believe it, so thats important to me. Email me if your interested...and if I don't know you as a faithful reader/friend, don't expect a reply.
One thought has occurred to me...what if there is another parallel universe our spirits ascend to after our physical life is complete? Could it be that most "evidence" collected is actually taken from weaknesses of the wall seperating the two universes? Star Trek: The Next Generation touched briefly on this theory during one of their episodes. While the Enterprise helps a Romulan science vessel, an accident occurs which forces Geordi LaForge and Ro Laren slightly out of "phase," causing them to become undetectable to everyone but each other. As a result, the crew thinks they are dead and make arrangements for their funerals, even though they are closer than the crew realize. Yea I know...geeky but then again look at the flip phones nowadays. Looks like the original Star Trek communicators!
Ok..what is a parallel universe? A parallel universe is most times called a hypothetical, alternate universe that co-exsists along side our own universe.
Some people believe that spirits or ghosts come from an alternate universe, and they are seen in our world because they have crossed over the boundaries. Researchers also point out that spirits try to talk to us, but are prohibited because they are not from our world. Maybe there are portals from which they can travel between the two universes. Psychics and paranormal researchers have long suspected one or more parallel universes, and have often speculated that there may be doorways or "portals" in certain areas that allow entities to travel into our dimension. Many old Indian burial grounds seem to act as portals, for reasons unknown, other than the Indians consciously located their burial grounds in places that they felt were close to the after-death realm. Other non-Indian cemeteries are also suspected portal sites, probably for the same reasons.
Yes it's all theory and there's no solid proof any of this exists. But wouldn't it be cool if someday soon, like 2010, solid proof exists? Traveling through portals to other universes, or even within our own, would be amazing. The human race evolving to accept the proof and embracing it.

Transmundane Thursday
I'm starting a new series of posts here at Dazd Central. This series of posts will orbit around the world of the unexplained. I plan on covering topics related to the paranormal, psychic abilities, UFO's, Bigfoot, etc...I also plan on having interviews and guest bloggers.
Can I give logical explanations of events surrounding the transmundane? Uh no...if I were that intelligent and capable of explaining these events, it wouldn't be considered unexplained now would it? And then this series of posts would be pointless...and I'd have to dream of something else to post. So humor me awhile with this series. I think you'll find it informative. I'm not here to convince anyone, prove anything or discredit anyone or anything. I'm just here to present the facts.

Believe in the Unexplainable?
The Unexplainable can cover many areas. The following pertains mainly to Ghosts and the world of the after-life. While many people group UFO's, Bigfoot and many other forms of Urban Legend that while arguably are "Paranormal", I'm going to divide this grouping into separate topics.
Belief is a personal thing. It is instilled in us by our parents and our peers; it is taught to us by our religious and sociological teachers. We are taught to believe in the power of science, we are taught to believe in the power of God, we are taught to believe in natural forces. We modify all of our various inputs to come to our own beliefs. We put greater emphasis on some, less on others and discard others still altogether.
We go forward with our external knowledge and apply our experiences into the database to modify our own beliefs. Some people believe in the power of the Blarney Stone, others do not. I think it is that simple. It is directly related to the environment we grew up in and then how we categorize our experiences using the knowledge we already have. When we were kids Santa visited us every year, the tooth fairy also came around a lot. Later in life we find that what we thought was happening wasn't exactly what transpired, yet we still had the experiences.
I have formed an opinion that ghost hunters are not hallucinating. I've had my own experiences which validate most of what I read. I am not ready to conclude though that ghosts are the only plausible answer. Every instance of unexplainable moments hase an explanation. Just because we cannot prove or disprove that moment scientifically shouldn't allow us to dismiss it as a tall tale. The Earth was once flat, right?
I've read a lot of articles concerning the paranormal (but not even close to all of them) and one thing I have picked up on is everyone believes differently about different things. Some us believe there is no other explanation for ghosts than ghosts, some of us believe ghosts are not even in the realm of possibilities. I grew up in a semi open-minded environment; my parents did not force their opinions on me. I was allowed to come to my own life conclusions. This led me to look at every side of every issue.
I do believe you when you tell me you saw a ghost, you aren't making it up, and this is what you believe you saw. I do not necessarily believe it was a ghost though. I can't prove to you it wasn't a ghost anymore than you can prove to me it was a ghost. But I do believe you experienced something as yet unexplainable.
People are reporting experiences I've never had; do I dismiss them as fruitcakes? Nope, they could be exactly correct. They believe they are experiencing what they are reporting and that is good enough for me. Without getting scientific, I'd love to see some experiments done. I'd love for them to be able to prove to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that it is exactly what they say.
Today I believe what I believe, tomorrow I may believe something else.
Belief is a personal thing. It is instilled in us by our parents and our peers; it is taught to us by our religious and sociological teachers. We are taught to believe in the power of science, we are taught to believe in the power of God, we are taught to believe in natural forces. We modify all of our various inputs to come to our own beliefs. We put greater emphasis on some, less on others and discard others still altogether.
We go forward with our external knowledge and apply our experiences into the database to modify our own beliefs. Some people believe in the power of the Blarney Stone, others do not. I think it is that simple. It is directly related to the environment we grew up in and then how we categorize our experiences using the knowledge we already have. When we were kids Santa visited us every year, the tooth fairy also came around a lot. Later in life we find that what we thought was happening wasn't exactly what transpired, yet we still had the experiences.

Weekly Life Experiences
My post from last Saturday generalized a diverse topic. Paranormal, or rather in this case anomalous phenomenon, is defined as follows:
An anomalous phenomenon is an observed phenomenon for which there seems to be no agreeable scientific explanation. Because such observations do not fit into the established framework or consensus reality, they can be the subject of controversy.
These phenomena are not generally accepted as real by mainstream scientists. Ideas about hard-to-reproduce anomalies are considered pseudoscientific, partly because science needs phenomena to be reproducible.
Other phenomena are recognized to be real, but cannot be readily explained. For example, many people have observed unidentified flying objects; but their explanations for such objects differ.

Some anomalies eventually get a scientific explanation, losing their status as unexplained phenomena. For example, while the idea of stones falling from the sky was once considered anomalous, meteorites are now acknowledged and well understood. Another example of this was the Tunguska event, which spawned a wide variety of both scientific and pseudoscientific explanations, ranging from asteroids to cross-dimensional rips, prior to the emergence of a strong scientific consensus that the event was the result of the explosive disruption of an asteroid, or possibly a comet, in the atmosphere.
Now I won't claim to have all of the above. I realize there's more that can be added or sub-topics but this gives you a general idea of the diversity of paranormal experiences". However I do experience 2 of these listed. Deja vu and Ghosts are close descriptions of the experiences I've encountered. Now before we go any further reading, I'm not taking Ghost Busters type stuff here folks. Although I'll add that Sigourney Weaver wasd steamy in that movie. And at the time of the movie release, I thought Rick Moranis was one lucky son-of-a....well, back to my story.
My encounters with the above listed 2 subjects have been sporadic at best. The deja vu ones are hard to pinpoint. They sneek up on you and literally pass before you realize it's happening. One that is very vivid from my childhood happened when I was 10 maybe 11 years old. We were spending time at Grandma Ruby's during a snowstorm. The furnace had smoked itself and we slept at her house for a week. At the time, she had a young man from church, who was finishing out his senior year, staying with her. I remember dreaming one night of waking to bacon, eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. Along with that was Grandma and David having a discussion about U.S. History. It was a deep conversation, almost a heated debate. A couple of mornings later, the event unfolded. I awoke to the food with David and Grandma conducting their debate. It all unfolded as if a movie script was being rehearsed. I don't recall exact details now some 31 years later. But the event is forever part of memories that I cherish and respect.
Grandma and David were debating and neither side was giving ground. Grandma Ruby was always right unless you proved her wrong. I gained that trait that sometimes gets me into trouble. Anyways, when at a certain point of the conversation I blurted out the answer to his theory and expanded as best a 10 year old could. Yes, not only was I amazed, but everyone else had Kodak moment faces. To my astonishment, I was informed the following week I was correct. And the graded paper proved it. Now you're probably thinking, damn smart kid. But what set this apart for a mere coincidence was the fact the players, conversation, food, seating assignments and conversation were exact to the last detail.
There have been many many others that have played out during the 31 years since that morning. Some are fleeting moments while others are lengthy with only bits and pieces tying the whole deja vu experience together.
