"An elephant has 4 knees"
Amazing. Try to imagine a four legged mammal having less than four knees.
I'm pretty sure I have read that about polar bears before.
As for porcupines: I think our dog used to get every one of those 30,000 quills stuck in his face every summer! Stupid dog NEVER learned to quit sniffing porcupines. :)
So if I ever run into a polar bear I'll be sure to avoid his left hook ;)
