The media and employment specialist highly recommend that a higher education can secure a better job. So when the recession hit allot of people went back to college/technical/vocational school. Then why is it that said people are defaulting on their educational loans now? THEY CAN'T FIND A JOB!!!

The Indiana Workforce Centers will now have an armed security guard at all of its locations. Understandable since towards the end of November and into the Christmas season people will lose their unemployment funds. (I will be one of them losing benefits) The state is obviously concerned about riots or disorderly gatherings. So let me ask this...can ONE armed guard maintain control against a mass of people? Blazing Saddles comes to mind. :)

A new study shows that social networking (such as blogs, Facebook, etc...) are actually detrimental to our interaction with people face to face. I disagree as the networking does allow more interactions. How? Simple...gives you a question to ask and starts a common conversation. Who does these studies anyways? I want their pay!

Anyone else seen the History Channel show called "Life After People"? Seriously...WHO CARES!!! What form of information can possibly be useful to people gathered from this show. Especially if we aren't here?!?!?!?!?!?

What's great about Life After People? It shows how truly insignificant the effects of man are upon the Earth and how it goes on and on regardless - and in spite - of what we do to it. We only truly damage each other and ourselves, not the Earth.
facebook has brought certain family members of mine closer than ever. So I am going to have to AGREE with YOU and disagree with whomever is doing those 'studies'!
